Eligibility Criteria for Candidates:
-Must be a female candidate living in the relevant slum / ward, 25 years || From 45 vols Must be of age and married.
-Preference will be given to those widows, divorced, divorced or homeless women.
-Must have passed that tenth grade.
– Must be able to read and write Telugu well,- Must have an understanding of issues such as health, welfare, hygiene, health of pregnant women, good interpretation to others, leadership traits, problem solving, positive attitude.
– Preference will be given to those who have worked / are working in non-governmental organizations
Certificates to be submitted along with the application:-
-Certificate of Residence, Residence Certificate / Ration Card / BPL Card / Voter Card / Aadhar Card / Bank Pass Book issued by the Tehsinterview Copy of 10th Class Certificate.
– Copy of certification of working /doing in non-governmental organizations – Five Copy of Certificate / Maternal and Child Care Card V – Marital Status: Widow / Divorced / Divorced / Homeless, Own Declaration on Marital Status in case of Minor Vaccination Hint: Vacancies related to the above appointment | The Chairman, District Health Society / Water Health Society shall be informed that they have the power to make changes or additions to the eligibility criteria or to cancel the appointment notice without giving any reasons.

•Minimum Age :21 years
•Maximum Age : 45 years
Mode of Selection :-
Weight age: Total Marks – 100
-75 Marks obtain in qualifying examination
-Weight age for number of years since passing qualifying examination is upto 10 marks @ 1
Marks for each completed year.
-Weight age for contract services in Government institutions up to 15 marks
•2.5 Marks per Six months in Tribal Area
•2.0 Marks per Six months in Rural Area
•1 Marks per Six months in Urban Area.
